Studio Updates & Reminders

Hello, what a great start to the beginning of the season! We thank you for your support and trust. It is truly an honor to share our love and passion of dance and tumbling. We hope to bring your family wonderful memories with us along with professionally educating for many years to come.

Below are a few tips and reminders – Please thoroughly read all information.

• Tuition is due the 1^st of each month (April & Mays tuition are both due April 1^st) Please regularly check your parent portal for invoicing and payments. To avoid late fees…. auto pay is highly recommended. You may sign up to do this on your parent portal. On the 15^th of each month, beginning in October, there will automatically be a $10 late fee applied to unpaid monthly tuition and Starz dance team tuition. 
• 10% OFF years tuition (Aug-May) if paid in full by Sept. 30^th (Email [email protected] if you would like for us to post your invoice with your 10% discount)
• Recital – Each year we hold a spring recital at the end of the season.  Costumes are ordered for the show – Costume Payment is due Nov 1 – The Recital Date is not set at this time as venues cannot confirm a date till the beginning of the 2026 year.  Costumes do need to be ordered by Nov/Dec to get in time for class pictures and recital. The Saturday or Sunday requested dates are between May 16 – June 14. We will inform you of the date when available.
• Invoices for costumes will be posted by Oct 15. Measuring will begin in Oct and Costume photos will be posted in the lobby by Oct 25.  Pre Dance – Level 3 costumes are priced at $75 and Level 4 – Sr and Dance Team costumes are priced at $80 per costume. All classes need one costume with exception of Combo 4-6 needing 2. 
• Tumbling – This year tumbling students will not perform in the recital but will have a showcase at the end of the season to exhibit their skills and progress. This will allow tumbling students to spend more time in class throughout the whole season to work and improve on skills and tricks. Leotards will be ordered for the showcase, and they are priced at $55 and due Nov. 1. Once the leotard comes in, students are welcome to wear it in class as well.
• Starz Dance Team Costume payment is due by Oct 15 – $80 per costume 
• Costume Measuring – We will be asking for parents to come into the room when measuring and to choose the size you want ordered. Measuring will be Oct 1 -7. Please be sure to stay this week to be available to choose your costume size. Costume exchanges will have a $20 exchange fee. If a costume needs to be returned, there will be a $30 shipping/restock fee. Please note: Some companies do not take returns.
• Halloween Parties will be held the later part of class Oct. 24 – 31. Students may dress up and bring a non-messy, prewrapped, peanut free treat to share. No evening classes Oct. 31.
• Class Attire – All students are to wear the required attire to every class and hair is to be worn up. Beginning in October, if a student is not in the required attire and/or their hair is not secured up they will receive a warning. After three warnings, the student will be asked to sit out of class. 
• Lobby Conduct – We please ask there to be NO RUNNING AND SCREAMING IN THE LOBBY!!! This is very distracting to students and teachers in class as well as to parents and grandparents observing. Please stay back away from the observation windows and keep children back as this is also very distracting to the class and can block observers that are sitting on the benches. If the lobby gets too loud or is too distracting because of this, the instructor will need to pull the shades to avoid classroom distractions and block viewing. 
• Vending Machine – A snack and drink vending machine is being installed at the studio. We please ask for EVERYONE TO PICK UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND CLEAN ANY TRASH, SPILLS OR MESSES YOU SEE. We are happy to provide the convenience of this but will need to remove it if it causes too much of a mess. Thank you

Studio Fall Activity – Pumkin Patch Outing!!! October 25, 3:00-5:00pm!

This first month at the studio has been nothing short of amazing. The energy, commitment, and passion our students have shown has set such a strong foundation for the season ahead. We are truly proud of the progress already made and are eager to see the continued growth, achievements, and memories that the rest of the season will bring.

• To celebrate, we are excited to invite you to our first Angie’s Studio outing this season! Join us at Pumpkins Galore on Saturday, October 25th from 3:00-5:00 PM for a fun-filled afternoon of activities and studio family bonding.

For just $17 per child, admission includes

• Paint a pumpkin & bring it home
• Bounce House
• Slide down the Scarecrow Slide
• Huge Jumping Pillow
• Feed the animals
• Enjoy face painting
• Ride in a horse-drawn carriage (If an adult needs to ride with their child it is an extra $3.00 paid at the venue)
• Take a ride on the John Deere Express
