Angie’s Studio would love for you to join our studio family! Registration for new members, first click the Link above and view the Printable Schedule to choose the classes and times you would like. Then return to this page… scroll down and click on “Register and Create a Parent Portal” to create your portal and register. To see if the class you would like is open, click on the Link “Schedule Availability” tab above. If you have already registered in the past and have a parent portal, no need to create a new one, log into the portal and register for your classes. You may click the link below that says “Click here to log into your already existing parent portal” Be sure you are on the correct season when registering.

Creating a Parent Portal will allow you access to register for classes, view your schedule and pay invoices online. When creating a portal, the $50 registration fee will be due at that time. ($25 for Summer) Please be sure you have already clicked on the link above to view the printable class schedule and chosen the classes you would like to enroll in. To see if your class is available and not Full/Closed, you can click on the “Classes” tab at the top of the registration page.
Once you do select your classes, the invoice for the months tuition will be invoiced within one week of registering. You may manually pay your invoice on your parent portal, pay by cash or check and place it in the office payment slot, pay by CC at the desk or you can choose to sign up for auto pay and all invoices will be debited from your account on the invoice due date.

New members will begin by entering your Name, Cell number (with no dashes) and Cell Provider. You will then be sent a verification code by text. Reenter your cell number (no dashes) and the verification code. After verification you will continue with your registration by adding in your child’s name, info and selecting classes. (If you do not see the classes you have chosen, this may mean the class is full. Please email angie@angiesstudio to inquire and be placed on a wait list.) You will also be prompted to enter in your credit card or ACH information for monthly billing. You may choose auto pay to avoid any late fees. After you complete the registration process you will be emailed a password for access to login to your parent portal. Once you are registered you are welcome to begin attending. Scroll down to view the dress code. There is also a link to click below the dress code list to view photo samples of dress attire.
When manually making a payment, you must scroll down to the bottom of the billing page to enter your payment information and click the blue pay button at the bottom of the page. (Be patient for the payment to process as by clicking the pay button multiple times, may result in multiple payments) Once we receive your portal information and registration, you will be invoiced for monthly tuition within one week. If you would like to set up auto payments, enter your card or ACH information in your portal and select the save auto pay tab. Auto payments for tuition and dance team fees will be processed on the 1st of the month and any other payments for costumes, competition, private lessons etc.. will be processed on the due date of the invoice. If you would like to pay your tuition in full for the year (Aug-May/June) and receive a 10% discount, please let us know and we can adjust your invoice. Payment in full for the Aug – May season is due by Sept. 30 to receive the 10% discount.
Again…When paying online, please be patient after you click the submit payment button. Clicking “Submit” multiple times can result in multiple payments.
It is recommended to use a desktop computer and google chrome or Firefox.
Birthday Party: Before creating a parent portal for a Birthday Party, please make sure you have filled out the Birthday Party registration form in the Birthday Party main tab at the top of the studio website. Once your Party date has been approved you will then create a Parent Portal, if you do not already have one. We will then invoice for the party, where you can pay through your portal. There is a $50 deposit/registration (which is charged when creating a portal and deducted from the total cost of the party)

- PreCombo – Ages 4-6 years – 1 hour of Ballet, Tap & Tumbling – 1 year of PreDance and/or older and ready for an hour class

- Combo 1 – Ages 6-10 years – 1 hour of Ballet, Tap & Jazz – For students’ beginner or 1-2 years of Combo I dance experience

- Pre Pointe For the dedicated ballet students wanting to graduate into Pointe shoes – Must be in a level 5 or above class with Ballet. Must have had Combo 3 and above level ballet training for a minimum of 4 years…….in addition to being age 11 by Sept 1 of the season and know that Pointe shoes will not be considered until age 12 or above.(Instructor will confirm when Pointe shoes may be worn) Must have an invitation into the class.

- Pointe Dedicated Ballet Students who have graduated into Pointe shoes – Must be 11 or older in a level 5 or above Ballet Class and have an invitation in the class.

- Acrobatic Tumbling – Floor skills such as cartwheels, walkovers, roundoffs, front and back handsprings, aerials, tucks and partner tricks. (No Recital participation. Showcase at the end of season Date TBA)

Dress Code
Students must wear required dress attire with their hair pulled securely out of their face. The safety of the students and staff are the number one objective, and it is important to look the part of a dancer/tumbler.
Please note: Dress codes will be enforced. If a student does not have the proper attire or hair isn’t pulled back, they will first receive a warning with a note sent home. Second occurrence, a call or email to a parent. Third occurrence, the student will be asked to sit out of class for that day.
“Free Day” students may wear appropriate dance/tumble wear of their choice the last lesson of the month. Summer Attire is not required to wear tights.

2025/26 MONTHLY TUITION PRICES PER CHILD
Monthly tuition rates are based on accumulative hours danced each week. Listed are the hour and minute intervals taken per week and the cost per month.
Aug 18 – May tuition is based on a studio year’s average amount of classes taken through the season. All tuition is the same each month despite season start/end dates and holiday breaks. NOTE: The tuition for both April and May / June is due on April 1st, as well as all open invoices. for participation in performances.
Summer Session pricing will have two invoices, and both are due on June 1.
Private lessons, Choreography fees etc….are listed below the monthly tuition prices.

TUITION AND COSTUME PAYMENTS
2025/26 August – May Studio Year Registration fee – $50 per student. Your registration fee can be refunded if after attending two consecutive weeks of classes you decide to no longer continue.
Studio Years Tuition Payments are due on the 1st of the Month – Both April and Mays tuition is due on the 1st of April
Register online and create a parent portal. You may pay invoices through the parent portal and set up autopay or pay by check, cc or cash in the office.
If paying by cash or check, payments are to be placed in the payment slot in the door in the office. Please write child’s name, class time and payment subject on the check or on envelope
Pay in full by September 30 for the studio year, Aug – May/June, you will receive a 10% discount! Tuition is the same each month despite season start/end dates or holiday breaks. Our classes are priced on a studio year basis. (Aug – May/June). There is an average of 30-34 classes for the year, at an average cost of $16.00 per class.(with discounted pricing for families and multiple classes)
There will be an automatic $10 late fee applied on the 15th of the month for unpaid monthly tuition and Dance Team fees. The credit/debit card or ACH on file will be charged on the 16th for any unpaid invoices. There is a $20 fee for returned checks or declined credit/debit cards. Exceptions on class tuition payments will only be taken into consideration for injuries and a physician’s written excuse.
Recital costume payment is due – Nov 1
Starz Competitive Dance Team Costume Payment is due Oct 15
Level 4 – Sr & Dance Team Costumes are $80 each and all others are $75 each
Combo 4-6 require 2 costumes (All other classes only need one costume per class and no costume or performance for Itty Bitty, Tumbling, Technique, Powerflex, Improv, Prep, Stretch&Flex classes)
Dance Team “specialty” Costumes found by the client and ordered through the studio will pay studio pricing in addition to shipping and handling if ordered separately from the large orders for recital/competition. Any costume over the amount of the studio pricing, the client will pay the extra amount plus shipping and handling. Clearance costumes are final sale and no refunds, returns or exchanges.
Costumes paid or ordered after Dec 1 will have a $10 fee charge per costume, and the costume will not be guaranteed to arrive by pictures or recital

PRIVATE LESSON FEES PER STUDENT, PER CLASS
Private lessons can be made and set up with an Angie’s Studio employee. Outside instructors or choreographers are discouraged in support of our studio staff and typically not allowed. This must be pre-approved by Angie’s Studio and is usually only allowed for Sr Students who have been at the studio for many years and is a graduation Sr. If this is approved by the studio, there is a requirement of 4 paid hours with an Angie’s Studio’s instructor and the choreography, music and costume must be approved by Angie’s Studio before registering for competition or performing at recital/event. If the outside instructor will be using the studio to teach and rehearse, booking space at the studio must be reserved through THE STUDIO and a rental fee will be charged.
Private lesson fees will autopay on the due date entered into the system. NOT necessarily the date of the lesson. The date of the lesson will appear in your portal under “Items”.

(Teachers must have a 2 hour notice if canceling a private lesson or the lesson will be invoiced in full)
Specialty Numbers (Solos, Duets, Trio, Small Group etc…) A student wishing to perform a specialty number in the recital must have taken dance at the studio for at least 2 years and is only allowed to perform every other year unless it is a graduation senior student. The student must pay the non-refundable choreography fee prior to the first lesson and have a minimum of 4 hours of private lessons with an Angie’s Studio instructor to perform/compete. STARZ DANCE TEAM MEMBERS COMPETING A SPECIALTY NUMBER WILL NOT PERFORM IN THE RECITAL UNLESS IT INCUDES A GRADUATING SENIOR STUDENT.
